I started with just a small performance of the National Anthem for my middle school, pushed into it by my music teacher. She recorded it and sent it to several local baseball teams, and I was asked to perform for the Yankees in their Tampa facilities. Since then, every year has been a booked time for me when baseball starts, and it has even gotten me performances in Citi Field the major league ball park for the Mets and Yankees stadium in New York as well. It is an honor to perform such a patriotic anthem and knowing the difficulty of such a song makes me extremely proud of bringing joy to the veterans that have sacrificed all to provide us the liberty and freedom we hold so dear in this country.
